Benton St. Apts

This place is great to live with roommates, 3 bedrooms and everyone gets their own bathroom. Close distance to a lot of great bars a restaurants as well as being 10ish minutes from downtown Denver. The light rail is a 30 second walk away which is nice. Unfortunately there are a decent amount of homeless people around the area and packages are known to disappear from front door from time to time. If you can get past the surrounding area, it's a great central spot to live. Been living here for 2 years now and the only problem I've had is packages disappearing every now and then, other than that I think it's a great spot.

Amazing Town Home!

I've only lived in the Benton St. Apts for a month now but I've loved every minute of it. So close to sloan's lake and a bunch of tasty restaurants. Definitely would recommend.

Great unit with great landlords!

Brand new units that have been built pretty well, location is close to the light rail and sloans lake which is super nice. The owners and landlord are super awesome and laidback, they listen to any feedback and try their best to make sure we enjoy our place!
